Hey Bulldog wanted to touch base with you as we made it through another week just want to remind you in a few things on Wednesdays will be our pick up for any paper base assignments on the bus round and I will be set up a table there to pass out word also wanted to let you know that we're not going to accept work there we would really like for you to Melody Inn do you work out with your also a ride a bus and drop it off when you pick your food up they don't give you your work in your second or ask for it and if they don't have it please let us know as soon as possible those are quick as that we're trying to work out that we finally get my feet on the ground will be a workout haha remembering what the song is. I wish I had some time with you today and I wish I had it down pretty been locked out today Burns Elementary School jump back in a while. how to keep my head above it too fast. because Patrick plays basketball I just hit me up on the fire stick out Rogers ice cream why didn't you say hi hey guys I'm Olivia today how to access gym first you want to make sure you're allowed to do it for the clever icon and clip of the page loads he's going to have a selection of teachers to choose from this point you're going to collect a teacher who is having a meeting and it will take you to the zoom web page which you will down after allowing your computer and download it if you take you to screen now that says joy put that image in your class go to Jay way and click on Focus what's a focus look in the bottom right-hand corner worth featured programs click where it says webpage next to the corresponding teacher this will pull up your teachers News section click the resources tab to access the teachers resources Jackson County School District is working with the Florida Department of culture and the USDA to provide free meals to all students during the closure any children 18 years and under for 21 years and under what disabilities are eligible children do not have to be regular bus riders to receive the meal nor do they have to be students in a school the bus stop its regular stops and blow the horn of children are not side of the stop but will not linger too long so be on the lookout bus delivery and curbside pickup services will be available every Wednesday in April and will offer seven days worth of meals these dates April 8th April 15th April 22nd and April 29th meals will be available at Cottondale Elementary Golson Elementary Graceville Elementary Grand Ridge School Malone School Marianna Middle School Side Elementary in Sneads Elementary today we have messy water Kennedy our favorite teacher the high school and he's going to talk to us about gardening where what has to be done before you plant anyting if anything into the soil chaos is a do what we're planting in if we're planning in just starts if you will the backyard or small clot there in the soul we obviously have to do some free cilic and things of that nature as far as adding any soil amendments if you're if you've not Garden that spot before it's probably possible to take us both are those can be done through Isis and give you some ideas of what type of things we need to adding to include fertilizer for lime if we need to adjust the if we're doing something like a container garden or a raised bed it's a lot different process because if we got a raise that we probably have a potting mix or some type of other medium besides soil there we don't have to do quite as many amendments to in order to prep it's also going to be much smaller space so you're not going to need any equipment like it when I say equipment you don't have hand tools but you have things like tiller for perhaps small tractor Garden implements which one like they're raised bed which one were in the drive which one would you recommend pie crust first time Gardener the first time start with are much easier to maintain you have fewer problems with weeds and things of that nature it's also easier to get your soil adjusted right and those type thing but container gardening has become very popular a container is different than rice bed raised bed is basically a constructed something out of two by sixes to buy 8 or something like that that's raised above the ground and then feel good. We're doing a container garden were bicycle attack in a small water something like that bucket and then fill them with potting mix to plant sub single tomato plant or a few small plants that like it's not uncommon to use something like that what would you need to add to the soil to fertilize the plant light before and after will generally want fertilizer four because nitrogen little back right into the air right after the plants are transplanted or planted from seed because of need to be careful with our fertilizer application there because we can burn those young tender roots play  get started growing in establishing just a general purpose fertilizer if we're doing it with water you can use Just A Miracle Grow they make a general-purpose 20-20-20 or just you can use a triple 13 which is a very calm again if you got a garden plot in you taking a stool sample it'll also give you the recommendation recommendations for what type of fertilizer use and the ratio okay so what planets are in C right now to grow all of our favorite plants we have tomatoes watermelon squash cantaloupes cucumbers butter beans Peas Just a wide variety of Art actually now is getting close to the time to plant as our soul tempered warming up the other thing difference between planting right now and some some pot and with a raised bed being a smaller area you can actually cover those start those plants even a little earlier prevent any cool weather problems and the bed warms up quicker than the Natural Stone. But then a wide variety just you know I would recommend pick your favorite plants that's the one and another pet scan how it like when you plant a Tomatoes Mainstay how far apart should you plant each of those for tomato plants probably somewhere around 18 to 24 in according to how big the plants are not when you plant them how big they will be when they start production such probably say 24 and 24 inches apart or more because you're going to have to have room most plants tomato plants have to be staked so you going to have to have room to stake and tie those tomato plant or you can use one of these baskets are wireframes that you can get at any local you know 24 to 20 with watermelons now or something like that you going to want those probably about 60 to our cuz they're going to spread to a big area tees and things like that much closer together in terms of their you know spacing that they need in the road but you know it varies according to the plant in the size it will be when it starts in production how often should you water your plants nearest going to determine the couple of there's a lot of things that  that's going to determine that obviously weather is going to determine lot of it if it's out in a garden plot or can the Soul if it's a raised bed dating the drought much quicker I would probably guess the smaller the container as a general rule the more often you have to water so if you got to stay a 4 x 6 raised bed you're probably going to have to water it about two maybe even three times a week according to what the weather is if it's a like I said a small container square foot garden or something small on that order you're probably going to have to order it pretty much every day specially as a plant gets larger and gets into production text an awful lot of energy in water to produce a tomato and again when a male plant has this big versus this big going to make a big difference in his water consumption I think that's all the question all right I thought it's been fun having you today thank you so very much
