Due to the possibility of severe weather between 3:00 am–8:00 am, and at the recommendation of local Emergency Management Officials, Jackson County School District will have a 2-hour delayed start on Monday, March 16, 2026. All students and personnel should report 2 hours later than their usual start time; Bus routes and school operations will run on the same 2-hour delay. Dismissal will be at regular time. The safety of our students and staff is, and always will be, our #1 priority so please use caution while traveling. If there are any changes with the weather, information will be shared on news outlets, social media, and ParentSquare.
