Mrs. Hobbs

1.     Show Respect for the teacher.

 (Collaborative decision making will occur, however, I will still have the final decision – as I am responsible for both your safety and achievement).

2.     Show respect for others.

a.      NO put downs to other students.

b.     No note passing.

c.     Don’t bring your problems in class with you.

3.     Show respect for the learning situation.

a.      Come prepared to class every day with appropriate materials.

b.     NO heads down on your desk during instruction time.

c.     Don’t ask to leave the classroom during instruction time, unless it is an emergency.

d.     Please don’t pack up your things prior to my instructions.

Consequences

1^st Offense:  verbal warning/reprimand

2^nd Offense:  parent contact

3^rd Offense:  parent conference

4^th Offense:  office referral / administrative decision

PLEASE NOTE:  For serious offenses, I reserve the right to skip steps one through 3 and immediately refer a student to the office.
