Hi!  I’m Samiyah and this is Dawg Bytes for Friday, January 25th, 2019.

The boys basketball team will be playing Malone tonight here in our gym.  Come out and support our Dawgs.

Our boys soccer team will take on Godby on Monday, January 28th, in the district tournament in Gadsden.  Get the win, guys.

Anchor members – don't forget that you will be volunteering at The Habitat for Humanity Restore on Monday, January 28th, from 3 PM – 5 PM.  We need all anchors on deck!  Don’t forget that to earn a cord, you have to meet all of the requirements.

Seniors, there is a $50.00 grad bash payment due by February 14th.  See Ms. Bigale or Ms. Shelfer for more information.

The next SAT that will be given on our MHS campus is on Saturday, March 9th.  The deadline to register for the March test is February 8th.  Are you preparing for the SAT or the ACT?  Go to prepfactory.com for free test prep that will help you increase your score.

If you signed up to come to the working lunch with Chipola’s Automotive program, you will come to the library at 10:45 today.

BETA members: There is a mandatory meeting for all officers on Monday, January 28, after school in Ms. Fowler’s room.  BETA Members are encouraged to bring items for partners for pets.  If you need more info, see Ms. Fowler.

If you are interested in being a part of your class skit for Junior Revue, please plan to attend a meeting on Wednesday, January 30 at 2:55, under the pavilion beside the cafeteria.

I'm Madison Miller, the yearbook editor, and I just wanted to come to you guys with a few reminders. Seniors, your senior ads, quotes, and yearbook poses are due to the yearbook staff by the end of January. Please see a yearbook staff member or come to us 4th period to discuss these things. Yearbook prices: Yearbooks are $75 until the end of the year and Senior Ad Pages are $300 until the end of February. You can also submit pictures to the yearbook staff through our social media pages. We are on Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. We invite you to stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance and remain standing for the alma mater.
