Welcome to my classroom! I've been teaching at Marianna High since 2010. Literature and writing are my passions, and I am excited to share the with you. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English and Anthropology from Albion College and a Master's Degree in English Literature and Composition from the Pennsylvania State University. I have taught in a variety of places: Penn State, the Centro de Cultural Costrricense Norteamericano in Costa Rica, Central Washington University, Gulf Coast State College, and Chipola College, but my favorite place to be is MHS. I have two grown daughters, 4 dogs, 5 cats, 3 granddogs, and a garden full of roses and gladiolas and hydrangeas.
